USE AND CARE

1. For best results, lightly grease the pan before each use. 
2. This pan absorbs more heat than shiny pan, we recommend you to reduce your oven temperature by 25 degrees for better baking results. The maximum temperature is 250 degree celcius.
3. Use a table knife or small spatula, not a sharp knife to cut inside the pan.
4. Nylon tools are recommended to prevent the coating from getting scratched.
5. Wash by hand in soapy water using a soft cloth, sponge brush or plastic mesh pad. Do not use steel wool, abbrassive cleansers or soak pans. It is important to rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
6. Do not use on top of the range, under broiler or for storage purposes in a refrigerator or freezer.
