USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Before using for the first time and after each use, wash in hot suds and dry.
• Precondition by wiping a small amount of salad oil onto the surface.
• After every use, wash pan in hot soapy water, rinse and dry.
• Avoid using harsh, abrasive cleaners or pads which can scratch the surface.
• Plastic scrubbing pads and mild abrasives may be used if necessary.
• Always cool the pans down before cleaning them.
