The Super Shredder has 3 different disks for variable slicing and grating. The large slicing disk is for slicing potatoes, carrots, onions, cucumbers, beets, apples, and other fruits and vegetables. This blade reverses for french fry cuts. The medium grater disk is for coarse or medium shredding of potatoes, carrots, celery and other vegetables, and it reverses from a very coarse to medium coarse. The other disk is a fine grater for bread crumbs, cheese, nutmeg, nuts, chocolate, carrots, and potatoes. The total height is 10.25 inches and the diameter of the disks are 6.25 inches. Comes with a rubber suction base for stability and the stainless steel blades are machine washable.
