Details
The VATTI V999 has a curved side-intake canopy that gathers cooking smoke into a chamber. It delivers 2,500 m³/h airflow and up to 1,000 Pa pressure at 50 dB. Automatic cleaning uses steam and hot water, followed by a motor-drying stage.
