We reserve all rights to waive and forgo all shipping methods that matches best options for our business and clientele without prior notice. We mainly committed to use the cheapest and safest way to deliver the products and customers are eligible to choose shipping cost and options at the checkout page.

Purchase

For all forgo purchases we reserve the rights under all purchases whether if the products are available nor awaiting for suppliers to produce such ordered transactions to be awaiting in the process of such delivery and transactions to be validated between both parties and all rights to waive under any circumstances if such occasions and event arise. 

All purchases upon “CONFIRMED PAID” will be officially acknowledged as 100% purchase that falls on all our terms and conditions of use under this website and business terms set by Perniagaan W.Jaya Sdn Bhd (Alat Dapur) as biding with the legal law. 

Pre-purchase under negative inventory upon captured payment will be known and acknowledged as successful transactions unless the official sales or inventory team notify the customers in writing in form of email for refunds conditions which subject to all refund and returns policy.
