1. General Welcome to AD Factory Outlet, operated by AlatDapur. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our Online Factory Outlet platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Pick-Up Policy
- All purchases made via our Online Factory Outlet must be picked up from the AlatDapur Semenyih outlet (Mon–Fri only).
- Customers must collect their items within 3 calendar days from the date of order placement.
- Orders not collected within the stipulated period will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Receipt is mandatory for item collection. No receipt = no collection.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- No refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

Exchanges are allowed only within the 3-day pick-up window. After this period, no exchanges or replacements will be processed.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders not picked up within the 3-day window will be treated as canceled.

The amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Product Availability & Quality
- All products are sourced directly from manufacturers.
- As with all factory outlet models, some items may vary slightly in packaging or labeling compared to retail versions.
- All items are guaranteed to be new and unused.
6. Limitation of Liability AD Factory Outlet is not responsible for any damages arising from misuse of products or failure to comply with product care instructions.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
